Winter Games

Right in front of the town hall in the center of Paris, they have installed a bunch of bobsleigh tracks for kids. Huge success!

  1. Hey, cool, I was exactly there just a week ago! I wish I had a kid so that I had an excuse to ride one of the sleighs! :)

I also took a few photos of the slide, but yours is much better!

  3. This is kind of like Paris Plage(beach), but only in the winter. I agree...I wish I could have an excuse to take a ride. Looks like fun!

  4. Why is everyone talking about excuses...do they not allow adults to ride...? I would be the first one saying "get out of my way kid...!:)"

  6. I can't let my kid see this, or she'll demand to move to Paris right now! That looks sooooo fun!

  8. These kind of winter games are fun for old and young alike! I can see there are more winter activities happening in Paris than here in Toronto. We have no snow whatsoever (not that I'm complaining).

  14. Agreed, is it only for kids? I'd be all over that.

  17. Rodney: I'm sure it is temporary. In the Summer they have Paris Plage, there. Eric took a couple of pictures of that last year. With a little luck, he'll do it again :)

  19. Who thinks up all these great ideas for the use of the plaza in front of Hotel de Ville! Such absolute fun.

And great exhibits inside as well.
